Carl Wright has extensive experience in the asset protection industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager at The Connect Group since April 2012. Under this leadership, The Connect Group specializes in asset protection across various sectors, including residential and commercial construction, marine, oil & gas, and industrial facilities. Wright has also held the position of Strategic Sales Director, overseeing innovative sales and estimating teams servicing a wide range of commercial and infrastructure clients across New Zealand. Previously, as Industrial Coatings Manager, Wright managed a key division that offered services such as garnet blasting, hydro demolition, and epoxy coatings for major projects, including Burwood Hospital and Hazeldean Business Park. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Sales Representative at Bostik and Construction Sales Representative at Hylton Parker Fasteners. Education was completed at Rangiora High School.
