Catalina Samper-Horak is a seasoned professional in nonprofit consulting, currently serving as a Strategic Consultant at CSH Consulting and a Senior Advisor for The Connecticut Project. With extensive experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and board governance, Catalina has held significant roles including Interim CEO and Senior Advisor at 4-CT, the largest statewide COVID-19 fund in Connecticut, and Founder-Executive Director of Building One Community. Prior to these roles, Catalina was instrumental in founding Neighbors Link Stamford and contributed as Deputy Director at Neighbors Link National. Catalina's educational background includes an MA in Nonprofit Management from The New School, an MS in Genetics and Plant Breeding and a BS in Biology from Michigan State University, and a BS in Biology from Universidad de Los Andes.
