Samoane Jones

Samoane Jones serves as the English & Reading Department Chair at Evanston Township High School since August 2014 and has been an Adjunct Instructor with The Connecting Link since June 2013, focusing on professional development courses in strategic literacy. Previously, from August 2004 to August 2014, Samoane held positions as an English & Reading Teacher and Literacy & Instructional Coach in the Indian Prairie School District, providing instructional support, professional development, and feedback to educators. Academically, Samoane holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision from Aurora University, along with two Master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Administration, and Education Reading & Literacy, as well as a Bachelor's degree in English (secondary education) from Aurora University.
