Tom Slayton

Tom Slayton has extensive work experience in various roles in information systems and software development. Tom is currently serving as the Senior Director - Information Systems at The Connection, Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Lead Developer at PoliceApp.com from March 2022 to July 2023. Tom also held the position of MIS Director at The Connection, Inc. from June 2013 to March 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Web Application Developer at Adelbrook from July 2018 to January 2021, and as a Database Application Developer at The Learning Clinic from March 2013 to December 2018. Before that, they served as a Senior Systems Developer / Group Leader at ATG Rehab from December 2012 to June 2013, and as a Software Developer at Prolink Software Corporation from March 2012 to December 2012. Tom previously held the position of Director of Information Systems at The Connection, Inc. from October 2003 to March 2012. Tom'searlier work experience includes roles such as Software Developer at Message Center Management from 2001 to 2003 and Director of Inventory Operations at Verizon Wireless from January 1991 to June 2001.

Tom Slayton attended the Computer Processing Institute from 1990 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in programming and software development. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Microservices Foundations certification from LinkedIn in February 2020. Tom also completed the ASP.NET MVC 5 Essential Training, C# Object-Oriented Programming Tips and Tricks, and Using Generics in C# courses from LinkedIn in 2019.
