The Program Management Team at The Connection oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs within the organization's key service areas: Family Support Services, Behavioral Health, and Community Justice. This team ensures that all initiatives are aligned with the company’s mission to build safe, healthy, and caring communities. They coordinate resources, manage program budgets, and work closely with staff to achieve targeted outcomes for the more than 13,000 individuals they assist annually.
