Leo Keay

Leo Keay is a PhD candidate in Defence Studies at King's College London since April 2024. Previously, Leo has worked as a researcher for Alex Burghart MP and as a speechwriter and policy lead for Imran Ahmad Khan MP with the Conservative Party since May 2021. In March 2021, Leo completed an internship in the parliamentary office of Rt Hon Anne-Marie Trevelyan MP. From September 2020 to May 2021, Leo served as a junior associate at L'UNICO LIMITED. Leo holds a Master's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from Sciences Po (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oxford (2014-2017), having also attended Winchester College.
