Marcus Jones has served as the Member of Parliament for Nuneaton, Ansley, New Arley, Old Arley, Hartshill, and Furnace End since May 2010, and was re-elected in 2015. Currently, Marcus holds multiple positions including Vice Chairman of the Conservative Party and Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Minister for Local Government) at the Department for Communities and Local Government. Additionally, Marcus serves as the Small Business Ambassador for the Midlands Region and previously held the role of Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Rt. Hon. Sajid Javid MP in the Department for Culture, Media and Sport in April 2014. As of May 2017, Marcus is recognized as a Conservative candidate for Nuneaton.
