Simon Chatfield has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer for The Conservative Party, where they were responsible for growing membership, revenues, and supporter engagement. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of eBusiness & CRM at Heathrow, where they oversaw omni-channel marketing and online selling initiatives. Simon also worked as a Managing Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, specializing in digital transformation and leading large teams on customer and digital strategy projects. Simon has also held positions at British Airways, serving as the Loyalty Manager for the Americas in New York and as a Senior Marketing Executive in London. Simon's career began with TUI UK, where they held roles as a Commercial Executive and as part of the Graduate Marketing Programme.

Simon Chatfield attended Loretto School from 1986 to 1991. Simon then went on to study at the University of St Andrews from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained an MA Hons in Modern Languages (German) & European Integration. In 1998, they enrolled in the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing and completed an Advanced Certificate in that same year.
