Sandra Gautier is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and development. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at The Consumer Goods Forum since January 2018, Sandra specializes in the implementation of HR policies focusing on diversity, inclusion, and strategic recruitment. Previously, Sandra held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at the International Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included overseeing HR administration, managing recruitment processes, and driving various HR projects. With a strong educational background including a Master 2 in Human Resources Management and a Master 1 in Social & Labor Law from Université de Nantes, Sandra brings a comprehensive understanding of human resources and labor relations.
