Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller is the current CFO at The Container Store. Prior to their current position, they served as Vice President and Controller at FedEx Office from June 2003 to July 2013. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing 170 team members, including the domestic and international accounting teams, payroll, accounts payable, internal controls, and the operational and technical accounting teams. Jeff also consulted around contractual matters, collaborated closely with financial planning teams to ensure monthly forecasts and annual budgets were in line with company strategic goals, and was responsible for all internal and external reporting.

Before their time at FedEx Office, Jeff Miller worked as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from August 1996 to June 2003. In this role, they provided assurance services to clients in various industries including manufacturing, retail, distribution, and technology. Jeff also managed multiple engagements simultaneously and helped develop staff members.

Jeff Miller began their career as a Staff Auditor at Arthur Andersen from May 1994 to August 1996. In this role, they were responsible for auditing financial statements and internal controls for clients in various industries.

Jeff Miller has a BSBA in accounting from the University of Arkansas.
