Joycelyn Siple

Joycelyn Siple is an experienced General Manager currently with The Container Store since October 2016, having previously held several roles within the company including Visual Sales Manager and various sales positions. Prior experience includes serving as Center Manager at FedEx Office and Newscast Director at KEYT-TV, overseeing live broadcasts and directing news crews. Additional expertise was gained as a Master Control Operator, responsible for program continuity and FCC compliance. Earlier career highlights include a decade at Blockbuster as General Manager, focusing on sales goals and team management. Joycelyn holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Ventura College and a certificate in Digital Multi Media/Studio Production from the Technology Development Center. Education also includes a high school diploma from Agoura High School.
