Maria Thereza Neisler

Maria Thereza Neisler has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in finance and operations. Maria Thereza currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Finance & Treasurer at The Container Store, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Member at Chief starting in February 2022.

Maria also worked at Sabre Corporation, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President Finance - Travel Solutions from February 2019 to October 2022, and Vice President Corporate FP&A from June 2018 to January 2019.

Before Sabre Corporation, they served as Vice President Finance - North America Direct Business Functions at Visa from March 2017 to May 2018.

Maria has also held prominent positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Hewlett-Packard, where they served as Senior Director of Finance Operations and Director of Enterprise Group Financial Planning & Analysis, respectively.

Their earlier experience includes working at Energy Future Holdings - EFH (formerly TXU Corp) as Director and Senior Manager of Credit Risk Management, at Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas as a Board Member, at TXU Energy as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis - Business Markets, and at Nortel Networks in financial planning for Latin America.

Maria Thereza Neisler completed their B.S. in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia from 1992 to 1996. Maria Thereza then pursued a Post Graduate degree in Finance from Ibmec, which they completed from 1997 to 1998. Finally, they obtained their MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 1999 to 2001.
