Shelane Mixon

Shelane Mixon is an experienced retail leader with a robust background in store management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at The Container Store since June 2015, Shelane is responsible for achieving operational and administrative objectives, managing inventory coordination, and leading staff development through effective communication and coaching. Prior to this role, Shelane held the position of LOFT Store Manager at ANN INC. from November 2003 to March 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing merchandising and operations for a $3.3 million location. Additionally, Shelane worked as District Manager for Wilsons Leather, managing a district of 12 stores with an annual volume of $11 million and focused on recruiting talent to enhance sales performance. Shelane holds a Bachelor's degree in Para-Legal Studies from Mercy University.
