Ciara MacKen

Ciara Macken is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in sales and event management. Currently serving as the Hospitality Sales Manager at The Convention Centre Dublin since January 2023, Ciara previously held the position of Head of Events Department at Fallon & Byrne from April 2012 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing all aspects of the private events business and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance branding and digital presence. Ciara's career also includes roles as a Hospitality Consultant at FOOD STUFF LIMITED and General Restaurant Manager at Jo'Burger Ltd, along with foundational experience as a Restaurant Manager at Sherland Entertainment. Ciara holds a degree in European Business and French from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and has also completed studies with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
