Lori Waters, MHR, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lori currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at The Cook & Boardman Group, LLC since August 2023, as well as at EPOC Enviro since 2023. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Area Human Resources Manager at WestRock Company from 2020 to 2023, and as a Human Resources Manager at Gestamp from 2019 to 2020. Lori also served as a Human Resources Manager at Eaton Corporation from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they had roles at UTC Aerospace Systems as a Workers Compensation Analyst from 2014 to 2016 and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from 2011 to 2014. Lori began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Eaton in 2007, where they worked until 2011.
Lori Waters, MHR, completed their education at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business from 2005 to 2007. During this time, they pursed a Masters of Human Resources with a specialization in Human Resource Management. Prior to this, they attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology.
