Seth Kornfeld is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Associate Attorney at The Cook Group, where responsibilities include handling mass-tort asbestos cases throughout all stages of litigation and conducting over 30 examinations before trial. Prior to this role, Kornfeld was a Principal Law Clerk at Queens Supreme Court, facilitating the management of four hundred active cases and drafting judicial decisions. Kornfeld has extensive litigation experience as an Associate Attorney at Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, representing clients in malpractice actions across New York State, and has held various legal internships, including positions at the Queens Supreme Court and Nassau County Supreme Court. Kornfeld earned a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University.
