Susan Guth

Susan Guth has extensive experience in care management and planning, currently serving as a Life Care Planner and Care Manager at The Coordinating Center since March 2003. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Case Manager at Lehigh Valley Health Network from 1999 to March 2003, focusing on discharge planning and utilization review for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, while also providing case management support across various pediatric units. Susan holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a concentration in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Marywood University, completed between 1999 and 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Elmira College, earned in 1999.
