Diana Hudson, CPA, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Vaco since June 2020, Diana performs Global Corporate Controller, FP&A, and Treasury functions while managing remote teams and assisting with system integration strategies. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Finance, Treasury & FP&A at Totes Isotoner, Global Corporate Controller at Senneca Holdings, and Vice President and Interim CFO at ALM Media, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing comprehensive financial functions and ensuring compliance with banking agreements. Diana's experience also includes strategic planning at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, business development and M&A at OPW, and various roles at Luxottica Retail, where Diana contributed to business model development and financial analysis.
