Brooke Brennan

Brooke Brennan is an experienced General Manager currently leading Calhouns, a waterfront casual dining restaurant under The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants since January 2015. Prior to this role, Brooke held managerial positions at Red Lobster from July 2014 to January 2015 and Darden from January 2006 to July 2014, where experience included managing multiple locations and progressing from server to certified trainer within the service team. Brooke's education was completed at Roane State Community College.

The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants was founded in 1975 and remains an East Tennessee favorite to this day. We currently have 21 restaurants and 3 event venues: Copper Cellar, Chesapeake's, Calhoun's, Smoky Mountain Brewery, Cherokee Grill, Corner16 and The Showroom. We are locally owned and operated and we take great pride in serving up simple foods with the finest quality ingredients.
