The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants
Emilie Harrell currently serves as the Assistant Director of Education at Associated Builders and Contractors Greater Tennessee since March 2022. In addition, Emilie has worked as a waitress for The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Emilie was the Assistant Basketball Coach at Anderson University from August 2019 to February 2022. Emilie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anderson University, obtained in May 2021, and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Fitness Management from Alice Lloyd College, completed in 2019.

The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants was founded in 1975 and remains an East Tennessee favorite to this day. We currently have 21 restaurants and 3 event venues: Copper Cellar, Chesapeake's, Calhoun's, Smoky Mountain Brewery, Cherokee Grill, Corner16 and The Showroom. We are locally owned and operated and we take great pride in serving up simple foods with the finest quality ingredients.
