The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants
Kevin Hefley has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants since March 2019. Prior to this role, Kevin held positions as General Manager at Ruby Tuesday from April 2017 to March 2019 and at Hard Knox Pizzeria for a brief period in early 2017. Kevin's earlier experience at Ruby Tuesday also includes roles as Assistant Manager and Chef from January 2006 to December 2016. Additionally, Kevin worked as a Chef at Chili's from March 2008 to January 2010. Kevin Hefley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2001 to 2007, after graduating from Houston High School in 2001.

The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants was founded in 1975 and remains an East Tennessee favorite to this day. We currently have 21 restaurants and 3 event venues: Copper Cellar, Chesapeake's, Calhoun's, Smoky Mountain Brewery, Cherokee Grill, Corner16 and The Showroom. We are locally owned and operated and we take great pride in serving up simple foods with the finest quality ingredients.
