Charles Berger

Charles Berger has a diverse work experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. Charles most recently served as the Corporate Vice President of Internal Audit for Cordish Gaming/Live! Casinos/Hotels since December 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Corporate Director of Internal Audit for Cordish Gaming and Live! Casino/Hotel from November 2016 to December 2019. Before joining Cordish Companies, Berger worked as the Director of Internal Audit for Live! Casino/Hotel from August 2014 to November 2016. Prior to these roles, they served as the Director of Regulatory Compliance (CAE and Chief Compliance Officer) at Osage Casino from April 2012 to March 2014. Berger began their career at the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, where they were the Corporate Director of the Audit Services Group from May 2009 to April 2012.

Charles Berger has a Bachelor's degree from The University of Alabama. Charles also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship. In addition, they have a Master of Arts (MA) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University.
