Don Russell has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Don started their career at TIF Instruments, Inc as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for product development and training. Don then worked at Florida Pneumatic Tool Company as a Product Manager & Inventory Control Manager, where they managed purchasing and implemented an MRP system. Don then joined Champion Tool Company as a Product Manager, overseeing the purchasing of automotive test equipment and specialty tools. Don later became the General Manager at Fox Valley Instruments, responsible for the relocation of the business. Don then moved on to Danaher Tool Group as a Marketing Manager, managing trade show planning, advertising, and launching a new product line. After that, they worked at Ferret Instruments, Inc as the Vice President of Marketing, collaborating with the sales team and contributing to product planning. Don then became the General Manager of Operations at GxT Inc, where they had marketing responsibilities and implemented Lean Manufacturing techniques. Prior to their current role, Don owned Rebound Sales & Marketing. Currently, they are the Director of Marketing at Cornwell Quality Tools, where they are responsible for the overall marketing strategy and look and feel of the company's materials, including print, packaging, videos, and website. Don also manages the diagnostic product line and handles advertising and sponsorships.

Don Russell attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
