Christopher Boies

Christopher Boies has extensive experience in the legal and corporate fields. Christopher currently holds the position of Co-Founder & CLO at The Coterie since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP for over 22 years, where they held the roles of Partner, Founder, and Chair of the Corporate Practice. In 2017, Christopher Boies joined Caithness Energy, LLC as a Partner/General Counsel, a position they held until June 2019. Before that, they gained experience as an Investment Banking Associate at Credit Suisse from October 1997 to October 1998. Christopher Boies started their career as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in September 1994, where they worked until October 1997.
