Jack Hart

Jack Hart started their work experience in 2012 at Computer Service Centre as a 1st Line IT Support Technician. Jack resolved cases within an SLA, installed new equipment and software, managed back-up solutions, and handled Office365 licensing. Jack then became a 2nd Line Support Engineer, managing core network infrastructure for large-scale clients and completing complicated network-wide issues. In 2017, they became a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. In 2018, they joined Angling Direct PLC as an Infrastructure Engineer, where they implemented new infrastructure and managed store infrastructure. In 2019, Jack became the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Angling Direct PLC, overseeing the IT support team and designing and implementing new infrastructure projects. Jack currently works as the Head of Infrastructure at The Cotswold Company, where they lead the IT support and infrastructure team and guides infrastructure projects.

Jack Hart attended Taverham High School from 2005 to 2009. After high school, they went on to City College Norwich, where they obtained an Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Certificate (Specialist) in ICT Systems and Principles from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Jack has obtained multiple certifications, including the CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), Comptia A+ Certified IT Professional, Comptia N+ Certified IT Professional, and Comptia Security+ Certified IT Professional. Jack also completed the Avaya IP Office 3002 - Platform Configuration and Maintenance Professional certification. The exact dates of completion for these certifications are not provided.
