Human Resources and People Operations

The Human Resources and People Operations team at The Council for Professional Recognition is responsible for managing employee relations, recruiting, and retention efforts, and fostering a positive organizational culture. They develop and implement HR policies, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. This team also plays a strategic role in planning and developing initiatives to enhance workplace culture and drive overall employee engagement and satisfaction.
