Casandra Hockenberry

Casandra Hockenberry is currently working as a Program Manager at The Council of State Governments, where Casandra oversees the Overseas Voting Initiative and the Apprenticeship Data Alignment and Performance Technical Assistance Center. Prior to this, Casandra held roles such as Sr. Policy Analyst and Policy Analyst at the Department Of Public Advocacy. Casandra also has legal experience, having worked as a Staff Attorney at Mercer County District Attorney and as a Legal Fellow at the Federal Public Defender. Casandra holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from PennWest Clarion.
