Morgan Thomas

Morgan Thomas, M.A. is a Policy Associate and Roosevelt Fellow at The Council of State Governments. With experience as a Supply Specialist and Personnel at the Air National Guard, they worked as a title 32 technician for the KYANG supply unit managing stockrooms and handling classified materials. They also served as a Communications Specialist at the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce, a Student Technician at the University of Kentucky, an Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives, and a Server at O'Charley's. Morgan holds a Master's degree in Diplomacy from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Kentucky.
