Morgan Thomas, M.A. is a Policy Associate and Roosevelt Fellow at The Council of State Governments. With experience as a Supply Specialist and Personnel at the Air National Guard, they worked as a title 32 technician for the KYANG supply unit managing stockrooms and handling classified materials.
