Amber Illig

Amber Illig is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and program management across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as General Partner at The Council since June 2019, Amber transitioned into a leadership role with The Council Capital in August 2021. Prior experience includes heading operations at Atmos, and holding senior positions at Cruise, Snap Inc., and Apple, where responsibilities ranged from technical program management to supply chain readiness for major product launches. Amber's career began at Eli Lilly and Company, where significant contributions were made in cartridge operations and process engineering. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
