Briana Case

Briana Case is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management, operations strategy, and investment. Currently serving as the Product Lead for Credit Risk at Square since March 2019, Briana leads risk management initiatives across various products and industry partnerships. In addition, Briana has been an Angel Investor at The Council since March 2022. Prior roles include Head of Investor Operations at Upstart, where Briana managed investor support initiatives and launched the company's first SaaS product, and General Manager for Google's Same Day Delivery service in Manhattan. Briana's early career includes significant positions in operations management and project design across multiple organizations, alongside a solid academic foundation with an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from Barnard College.
