Jackie Shannon

Jackie Shannon is currently involved with OpenAI as a Product specialist for Multimodal ChatGPT and serves as an Angel Investor for The Council. Previously, Jackie held significant roles at Cruise from 2017 to 2024, ultimately serving as Director and Head of Consumer & Commercial Products, where the focus was on launching and scaling innovative ride-hailing and delivery services. Other experiences include positions at Zillow and its subsidiary Trulia as a Senior Product Manager, and at various startups such as B5M.com and Ideatech. Jackie began a professional career at Deloitte and later served as Finance Senior Manager at Pandora. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA, BSC with a minor in International Business from Santa Clara University.
