Kipruto Alfred

Kipruto Alfred is a seasoned nutrition professional with extensive experience in community nutrition and clinical dietetics. Currently serving as a Community Nutritionist at Nutrition Volunteer Kenya Red Cross since January 2015, Kipruto has also held the position of Nutrition Specialist at Plateau Mission Hospital for a brief period in 2022 and completed an internship in Clinical Nutrition at AMPATH Kenya in late 2019. Additionally, Kipruto contributed to the Kenya Red Cross as the vice chairman of the Board Youth Committee from 2016 to 2018 and gained early experience as a Clinical Dietitian attachee at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in 2014. Kipruto's educational background includes a degree in Dietetics Management, Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Eldoret, earned between 2016 and 2019, and studies at Rift Valley Technical Training Institute from 2012 to 2014.
