Daisy G. Diallo is a seasoned professional in criminal justice and community corrections, currently serving as a Training Specialist at The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) since September 2016. With experience as a Program Analyst in the Performance Support Unit and as a Community Supervision Officer focusing on behavioral health, Daisy has developed training needs assessments and evaluated career development programs. Prior experience includes roles as a Policy Analyst and Program Associate at The Council of State Governments Justice Center, where Daisy led initiatives for evidence-based practices in community corrections. Earlier career work at Advocate Program, Inc. included serving as a Reentry Service Coordinator and Probation/Intake Counselor, focusing on case management and program development. Daisy holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and is a graduate of the American Probation and Parole Association's Leadership Institute.
