Before entering the corporate world, Bethany co-founded Kinetiko, a small company involved in creative projects such as website design, online training tools, and educational toy development for the Science Museum of Minnesota's 'Robots And Us' exhibit. Bethany was with Kinetiko from 2003 to 2006.

Bethany Iverson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Visualization from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Their field of study was Creative Cognition.
