Bethany Iverson has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Bethany is currently working as an Independent Consultant, specializing in brand strategy and market research. Their expertise lies in helping brands solve business and communication problems using a digital-first and human-centered approach. Notable clients they have worked with include On Being, the Smithsonian Institution, Adidas, Sleep Number, Polaris, Edelman Financial Engines, and St.

In addition to their consulting work, Bethany is also a Co-Founder and Partner at The Coven, a venture-backed startup focused on building a more equitable and inclusive future of work. The Coven has received recognition from Forbes, Fast Company, Inc., Washington Post, CNBC, Cosmopolitan, and Fortune.

Prior to their current roles, Bethany held positions at space150 as Director of Strategy from 2012 to 2017 and at Colle McVoy as a Senior Strategist from 2010 to 2012. Bethany started their career at space150 as an Account Planner from 2006 to 2010.

Before entering the corporate world, Bethany co-founded Kinetiko, a small company involved in creative projects such as website design, online training tools, and educational toy development for the Science Museum of Minnesota's 'Robots And Us' exhibit. Bethany was with Kinetiko from 2003 to 2006.

Bethany Iverson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Visualization from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Their field of study was Creative Cognition. Additionally, they hold a Master of Arts degree in Rhetoric Scientific and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota.
