Violet Karcher

Violet Karcher is a Development Associate at The Cradle, where responsibilities include enhancing the Raiser's Edge donor database and managing donor relations for commemorative giving programs. Previously, as Development Coordinator at Child Link Inc., Karcher consolidated donor databases and focused on re-engaging previous donors affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In earlier roles at MSU Greenline, Karcher held positions from Lead Student Caller to Operations Manager, excelling in team management and fundraising efforts. Additionally, Karcher served as a Student Fellow for the Campus Election Engagement Project, promoting voter education and engagement. Violet Karcher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Michigan State University.
