Briana Keehmer

Briana Keehmer is an experienced customer service professional and team leader with a demonstrated history in various roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Agent at The Crafter's Box since February 2019, Briana manages client inquiries and oversees HR operations. Previously, Briana held the position of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from October 2016 to February 2019, where responsibilities included training staff and managing finances. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Skyline Church from September 2012 to February 2016, focusing on communication and financial management for youth ministries. Briana has also completed a certificate in Holistic Health from Mueller College and attended Grossmont College.
