Jonathan Szwec

Jonathan Szwec currently holds the position of Vice President at Cranemere since 2025, with previous roles as an Investor at Klaviyo, Board Observer at Nivoda, and Investor at MERIT from 2023 to 2024. Jonathan also serves as a Board Member for Sundays and Malbon Golf, and led investments in several companies during tenure at Avenir from 2020 to 2024. Prior experience includes being an Investor at Advent International, where Jonathan contributed to significant buyouts, and positions in investment banking at Moelis & Company and CIBC Capital Markets, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as power and utilities. Jonathan earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an HBA in Finance from Ivey Business School at Western University.
