Nicole Crowley

Nicole Crowley currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Cranemere and as a Senior Consultant at FMG Leading, both positions held since 2023. Additionally, Nicole is the Founder and Managing Partner of Redbud LLC, a human resources consulting firm established in 2021. Previous experience includes Vice President of Human Resources at Venture Global LNG and VP of People at Contactually. Nicole has also held senior human resources leadership roles at The Rock Creek Group, LivingSocial, and The Advisory Board Company, alongside earlier experience as an Executive Assistant at Georgetown University Hospital. Nicole holds a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from The George Washington University.
