Katie Hartman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and revenue cycle management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Craneware since December 2016, Katie has a proven track record in ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value of revenue integrity solutions. Prior to this role, Katie held positions at Truman Medical Centers as a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst, where responsibilities included leading analytical support and identifying process improvement opportunities, and at Heartland Health in various roles culminating as Director of Revenue & Reimbursement.
