Anne Teppel

Anne Teppel is a seasoned legal and operational professional with extensive experience in military law and compliance. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Compliance and Performance at The Critical Mass - Sustainable Security & Defense since April 2022, Anne has held multiple roles in Forsvaret, including Militærjuridisk rådgiver from October 2012 to September 2022. Additional positions have included leadership roles in Forsvarsministeriet and Specialoperationskommandoen, as well as a significant role in Udlændingeservice and UNHCR. Educational credentials include a Cand. Jur. degree from Københavns Universitet and an Executive Certificate in Organization Development & Change Leadership from Georgetown University, along with additional studies at The University of Hong Kong.
