Evelina Lekešiūtė

Evelina Lekešiūtė is a Senior Project Manager and Researcher at The Critical, specializing in sustainability projects that involve collaboration with educational institutions, municipalities, and NGOs, alongside conducting climate change research. As the Coordinator of Volunteers for Prema festivalis, Evelina manages volunteer logistics for festival operations. In addition, Evelina serves as a Workshop Facilitator for Climate Fresk Lithuania, delivering engaging workshops on climate change. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Active Youth, where Evelina oversaw multiple international sustainability projects, and a Research Assistant with Visionary Analytics focusing on digital education wellbeing. Evelina has also co-founded busy bean, an eco-friendly coffee e-shop promoting sustainability and quality. Additional experience includes a traineeship with the European Commission and a technical role as a Structural Engineer. Evelina holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology.
