Zelda Marais

Zelda Marais currently serves as a Delivery Lead and Delivery Manager at The CRM Team, where responsibilities include project management utilizing Agile principles, team management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely project delivery within budget. As a Member of the Board of Directors at Outkittened, Zelda oversees the marketing team and volunteer management while assisting in new member recruitment and event planning. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Analyst for Intelligent Automation at Tangent Solutions, where automation projects were managed and client training facilitated. Earlier career positions include tutoring mathematics and science, teamwork in NYU Vertically Integrated Projects, and internships in chemical engineering.
