As a seasoned professional, Jocelyn has over 20 years of experience working with survey project management and analytics. Prior to joining The Crossroads Group, Jocelyn was a Patient Experience Consultant with Press Ganey for twelve years. In that role, Jocelyn analyzed survey indicators to identify organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with the array of clients served in the healthcare space. She also provided organizational clients with on-site support and mentored 15 new employees.

Subsequent to her time at Press Ganey, Jocelyn was a Customer Experience Research Analyst conducting research at Lippert, assuming the responsibility of questionnaire design, data collection, and analysis for internally administered surveys. In her role at The Crossroads Group, Jocelyn is a specialist in client relationship management, supporting the analytical team as well as helping clients to engage with their high-quality survey results.
