Patrick Hill

Patrick Hill is the current Director of Conversion Services at The Crowley Company. Prior to this, they were the IT Manager at Ruppert Landscape from May 2006 to January 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the selection, implementation, maintenance and management of all computer systems, land phone systems and mobile phones. Patrick also worked with operations to decide IT initiatives with a budget roughly $1 million annually. Additionally, they were in charge of software development project management, assisting with defining new business processes and improvements, and managing requests for new initiatives and requirements. From January 2017 to December 2018, they served as the VP of Corporate Application Services at HealthPRO Rehabilitation. Before that, they were the Director of Information Systems at Kamerow, Weintraub & Swain, LLP from November 1999 to December 2006. In this role, they managed infrastructure, data center and all new IT initiatives for a full service Accounting Firm with 150 users. Patrick also oversaw help-desk operations and was responsible for small business network LAN/WAN consulting and project implementation. Additionally, they implemented and managed network security and best practices, as well as assisted with procedural work-flow and streamlining of processes.

Patrick Hill has a Bachelor's degree in English from Radford University.
