Cindy Sperling

Cindy Sperling has over 20 years of experience in financial services, corporate development, and operations. Cindy began their career in 1996 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Dyson Kissner Moran, a private equity firm. In 1999, they joined ZIFF DAVIS, INC as Director of Corporate Development and was part of the team that executed the reorganization of Ziff Davis for Softbank. In 2010, they became the VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at TheStreet, where they managed potential M&A activity and audience development. From 2012 to 2019, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Strategic Financial Solutions NY. In 2018, they acted as Interim Chief Operating Officer at Electric, where they managed operations, customer service, HR, and finance/accounting. In 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at The Cru, helping women achieve their personal and professional goals. Since 2020, they have been the Founder of All In COO, partnering with founding teams and investors at early stage start-ups. In 2021, they became the Chief Financial Officer at The Cru and the Chief Operating Officer at Electragram, a stylish luxury digital platform.

Cindy Sperling attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1989 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
