Jeremy Lark

Jeremy Lark is an experienced instructional professional with a strong background in training and education. Currently an instructor at The Crucible since August 2016, Jeremy previously worked as an instructional designer at SquareTrade, where responsibilities included developing and delivering training courses, enhancing learning through visual aids, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective training content. Prior roles included QA - Soft Skills Coach and Warranty Claims Specialist at SquareTrade, as well as positions in customer service at Wells Fargo and Follett Higher Education Group. Jeremy holds a Master of Arts in Education from San Francisco State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, and an Associate's degree in Biology from the University of West Florida.
