The Crucible
Matthew Kelsay is a skilled mechanic currently working at First Mile Cycle Works since April 2022. Kelsay also serves as Bike Shop Faculty at The Crucible since March 2021 and previously worked as a Bike Technician at REI from May 2021 to March 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at Endress+Hauser Group from June 2013 to December 2020, culminating as Product Solutions Business Manager. Kelsay's early career involved internships where valuable skills in process automation and engineering were developed while working on significant projects, including the start-up of a pharmaceutical bioreactor. Kelsay earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 2016.
