Sagarika Rao

Sagarika Rao is an experienced jewelry and textile instructor with a professional background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Jewelry Instructor at The Crucible since 2012, Sagarika also conducts sewing workshops to teach various skill levels. Previous roles include Textile Designer at Li'l Trunks from 2014 to 2016, and Junior Designer at ODA in 2013, where Sagarika contributed to the "Darkness of Light" collection for Concept LA. Sagarika is the owner of Pica Pica Accessories, a fashion jewelry company in India and San Francisco, and has held positions such as Print & Graphics Coordinator Assistant at Victoria's Secret Pink and intern at ODA, where contributions to SF Fashion Week were made. Educational qualifications include diplomas in Jewelry Design from the Deccan Institute of Gem & Jewelry and Graphic Design from Verve Multimedia, alongside attendance at the Academy of Art University from 2004 to 2007.
