Tansy Brooks

Tansy Brooks is an experienced artist and educator specializing in glass flameworking, with a teaching position at The Crucible since 2006. Prior experience includes designing and supporting promotional work for The Serpent Twins under Jon Sarriugarte and Kyrsten Mate in 2011, as well as holding leadership roles as Lead Artist and Art Director at Mindscape from 1994 to 1999. Tansy also worked as a Graphic Artist at Software Toolworks from 1991 to 1994. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the San Francisco Art Institute (1980-1982) and an Associate of Arts in Arts & Humanities from Simon's Rock College (1977-1979).
