Eric Fernandez has a diverse culinary background, starting as a Line Cook at American Alpine Club before working their way up to Chef positions at Tosca Cafe and Rich Table, where Eric earned a Michelin Star. Currently, Eric serves as Lead R&D Chef at The Culinary Edge. Eric also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.
